AGENTS.md Outperforms Skills in Our Agent Evals

Data-based evaluation of how skills (a common AI coding agent feature) compares with just using AGENTS.md. As I expected, it’s actually pretty tricky to get an AI to know it needs to find up-to-date information available in a skill. I expect the same is true of any AI memory systems that depend on the agent coming up with “oh, maybe this is in my memory”.
